F2P Classes

Small Group

Small group classes are the most common among the athletes at F2P. While the athlete/coach ratio can be 5:1 at peak times, 3:1 is more common, and each athlete in the group has their own individualized program, which is updated for each session. F2P keeps the groups small due to its individual attention philosophy. The coach needs to instruct, give feedback, make notes and be the critical eye of the athlete. The coach also focuses on educating the athlete with the goal of being able to “coach themselves” so they are prepared to recognize and rectify problems during competition.

Small group sessions start on the hour and are 60 minutes long. Periodic parent or sport specific coach updates are available from F2P coaches upon request.

Individual

An individual class is one hour in length and includes one-on-one training with a coach. Typically, the athlete is the only client in the facility, which can be an advantage for athletes who prefer to train in a private/individual manner. Please confirm with the coach if you require the facility to yourself when you book. The individual session consists of an individually tailored program and more in-depth discussions with the coach on the application of training techniques, philosophy, and movement. The individual sessions are ideal for those clients who want a full hour of training with more feedback and education on the movements and philosophies behind the training.

Team

F2P offers onsite team training for a minimum of 6 athletes and a maximum of 12 athletes. Team programs are customized depending on the sport, team needs, and age of the athletes. Each onsite session is 60 minutes long and can be performed in the F2P facility or we can offer offsite training at your facility. The length of offsite sessions will be determined by the team’s requirements and goals.

Adults

While the primary focus of F2P is the high school and collegiate athlete, we train a number of adults during off peak hours. Off peak hours vary by season, but typically are during school hours. We offer customized programs for competitive adults as well as those working to improve their general fitness levels. For the competitive adult we can design a program that compliments your sport specific needs from golf to tennis to basketball. We can also accommodate those adults who desire a private lesson without the chaos of training in a traditional gym. Programs can be designed for any fitness level and can be for an individual or a group of friends who would like to train in a private setting.

Clinics

F2P will soon offer a variety of clinics for adults and athletes that are sport and movement specific. Please inquire about our upcoming clinics or suggest clinics, which may be useful. Some future clinics will include:

Golf: Clinics will focus on swing mechanics, general movement, and basic golf motions. The focus will be to improve the efficiency and power of your swing through improved understanding of biomechanics.

Coaches Clinic: F2P aims to offer coaches seminars on movements and muscle mechanics. The educational seminars will help coaches get the most out of their athletes and help with injury prevention.
